- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Showcasing product features and benefits, tailored to meet specific customer needs.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Handling objections, negotiating terms, and finalizing transactions
- Relationship Management: Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals or upsells.
- Reporting & Analytics: Using CRM systems to track sales activity, analyze performance against targets, and report on market trends.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates.
Requirements
- Essential Skills: Active listening, persuasion, negotiation, relationship building, and objection handling.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track data, and monitor performance.
- Experience & Education: Typically 1–2+ years of sales or customer service experience; minimum of a high school diploma/GED, or relevant bachelor's degree.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of products, industry trends, and competitors.
- Soft Skills: High self-motivation, adaptability, time management, and resilience.
- Communication: Strong verbal and presentation skills for engaging clients.
