Job Description

  • Superb leadership ability/effectively lead the complete sales & Sales Team Lead activities.
  • Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Develop new customers and new market segments. Create & determine the best route-to-market strategy (direct or indirect) based on end-user profiles & needs.
  • Initiate, create & support marketing/brand-building
  • activities, both, independently & in collaboration with other departments.
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume and margin against forecasts to management and identify problems and provide solutions.
  • Produce timely and accurate reports of the sales activities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or associate degree in sales management, marketing, communication, business or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Experience in sales is necessary, proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa, both written & spoken. Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese
  • Five or more years of experience in managing Sales in Education Industry
  • Ready to travel (at least 60% of the time).
  • Flexibility to adapt and respond quickly to changing work situations and environments.
