Job Description
- Learn about our products, services, and the beauty industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs as well as provide tailored solutions (especially in B2B)
- Work on sales strategy, lead generation, client meetings, and sales presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products in accordance to client's request
- Participate in sales and product knowledge seminars to enhance expertise
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments
Requirements
- Graduates from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.0 (fresh graduates are welcome as well!)
- Beauty enthusiast with strong desire to pursue career in sales within the beauty industry
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the beauty manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and negotiate with candidates, as well as build relationships with clients (especially in B2B)
- Self-motivated, ambitious, eager to learn, and able to work alone or in a group
- Able to provide as well as implement appropriate and creative solutions when needed
- Having personal vehicle will be an added value
