Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales B2C & Modern Market at BMI Indonesia (PT MONIER). The Sales B2C & Modern Market will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training sessions, and managing sales.
- Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships in the modern market sector.
- Execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and ensure product availability.
- Analyze market trends and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to deliver training sessions effectively
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer, business, marketing, or a related field
- Good English.
- Proven experience in sales within modern markets especially Building Material Market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Driving License type A.
