Job Description
Performa Optima Group is a holding company of several subsidiaries engaged in the procurement of IT and non-IT goods for the government and private sector. We are looking for a Sales Specialist IT. Some of the responsibilities of the Sales Specialist IT are:
- Create an efficient schedule for visits to customers, dealers, and partners.
- Make sales target planning for customer mapping in the government sector.
- Create a sales pipeline according to the list obtained from the supervisor or level above.
- Search for or create new opportunities that refer to the planning pipeline list that has been created.
- Create sales strategies based on business situations and conditions.
- Make daily sales reports and submit them to supervisors or higher levels.
Requirements
- Two years or more sales experience in the IT industry
- Government procurement experience (B2G) is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure & targets and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Emphasize honesty and integrity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Placement in Surabaya, East Java & West Denpasar, Bali
