Job Description

  • Identify, research, and contact potential B2B customers such as cafés, bakeries, chocolatiers, gelato shops, and food manufacturers.
  • Conduct outbound sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone calls.
  • Present Maison Vanilla’s products during prospect visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide product samples, handle pricing inquiries, and prepare quotations.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for order preparation, shipment, and delivery updates.
  • Gather customer feedback and report market trends to help improve products and strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (experience in F&B is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to new prospects daily through social media and messaging apps.
  • Ability to explain products clearly and confidently after training.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with cafés, F&B trends, or ingredients is a huge advantage.
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (CRM, WhatsApp, Instagram, email).
  • Positive attitude, professional behavior, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work part-time and meet outreach and sales KPIs.
