- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK semua jurusan dengan nilai rata-rata min. 70.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai SPG/SPB sebelumnya.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan bersedia bekerja sesuai target.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di TMII, Jakarta Timur.
