Job Description

  • Mencari dan mengembangkan peluang proyek konstruksi baru (developer, kontraktor, pemerintah).
  • Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan existing dan calon klien.
  • Melakukan presentasi produk, negosiasi harga, dan penawaran sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
  • Menyusun strategi untuk mencapai penjualan.
  • Monitoring progress pengiriman ready mix dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional dan keuangan terkait pengiriman dan pembayaran.
  • Memahami kebutuhan teknis beton sesuai proyek dan memberikan solusi tepat kepada klien.
  • Membuat laporan penjualan dan pencapaian target secara berkala.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (diutamakan Teknik Sipil, Pemasaran, atau setara).
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales di bidang konstruksi / ready mix.
  • Memiliki jaringan relasi dengan kontraktor, developer, dan instansi terkait (nilai tambah).
  • Memahami spesifikasi beton dan kebutuhan di proyek konstruksi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan mobilitas tinggi (lapangan & meeting klien).
  • Memiliki SIM A atau C aktif.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di area Jabodetabek
