Job Description
1. Support the sales department by analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to complete sales tools
2. Understand business strategies and assist in creating and optimizing business processes and rules to improve work efficiency.
3. Analyze data of risk rate, manage and align with sales team for the risks.
4. Work with the sales team to organize workflows, manage daily meetings, and follow up on action items.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
2. Experience in financial services around 1-3 years
3. Experience in administration is a plus.
4. Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
