Responsibility:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide action plans to improve sales figures.
- Identify opportunities to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
- Lead and manage a team of sales staff across multiple store locations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all offline stores, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, layout, and product displays to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and present findings to upper management.
- Track and manage stock levels, including replenishment and stock movement across stores.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading store teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of skincare products and trends is a plus.
