The Sales Management Trainee Program is a fast-track development program designed to prepare future leaders within Hebe Beauty Indonesia. Through this program, participants will gain structured training, real business exposure, and hands-on project experience to accelerate their professional growth in the beauty industry.

Requirements
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Fluent in Mandarin or English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Willing to be placed in branch locations across Indonesia
• Interested in sales, business exposure, and leadership development
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
