
Job Description
- Drive achievement of sales targets and ensure strong offline channel performance.
- Develop sales planning, pricing strategies, and budgeting to support business growth.
- Identify and acquire new distributors to expand Octarine's offline sales network and market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understand their needs, and provide the necessary support.
- Ensure smooth supply chain and distribution operations across all offline channels.
- Map distribution expansion opportunities by region and develop long-term growth plans.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors regarding purchase order (PO) creation and product fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales analysis reports, including performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role and industry.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
