Job Description
We are looking Sales Merchandiser (Key Account Executive) for our Sister Company Beauty Industry.
Role Description
Responsible for managing key retail accounts and ensuring optimal product visibility and sales performance across modern trade channels and online platforms. Acts as the bridge between the brand and retail partners to drive growth, execute promotions, and maintain brand standards in-store.
- Job Description:Manage and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners (Modern Trade).
- Negotiate promotional activities, in-store visibility, and sell-out strategies to meet sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans for each channel based on performance analysis.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure merchandising compliance (planogram, POP materials).
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
- Familiarity with managing key modern trade and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
