Job Description
- Managing sales and marketing division by developing sales strategy ( sales, revenue and expenses).
- Achieve monthly and annual sales target sets by management.
- Build and manage all of conventional and digital promotion including exhibition, content creator, website, email, social media ( Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok dan Youtube ) and advertising campaigns ( Google Ads, FB ads etc)
- Build good relationship with customer, bank, agencies and other vendor partners.
- Manage and evaluate all of sales team activity to achieved sales target.
Requirements
- Experience as sales/ marketing manager in a property developer company at least 5 year.
- Expert in digital promotion.
- Negotiation skill, problem analysis and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Result oriented.
