Job Description
- Memimpin tim untuk posisi Fitness Consultant
- Set sales targets
- Mengembangkan, menganalis dan menerapkan sales stretegi untuk mencapat target
- Generate regular sales reports & analyze KPIs
Requirements
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Manager atau 5 tahun sebagai Fitness Consultant Leader di industri gym atau bidang industri yang sejenis
- Orientasi pada target penjualan
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik dalam pengambilan keputusan dan kemamuan melatih tim sales
- Mampu bekerja secara mobile
- Mahir mengoperasikan Ms Office
