Job Description
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for fertilizers, pesticides, palm oil products, and chemical products.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor trends specific to agricultural and chemical commodities.
- Identify and target potential customers for agricultural and non-agricultural products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and suppliers.
- Available for a business trip (local or overseas if needed)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics or related major
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in sales/purchasing in a trading company (fertilizer)
- Advanced in interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS. Excel)
- Have a working understanding of export, import, and domestic business flows
- Advanced in English communication skills (both verbal and written)
