Job Description
- Lead and manage team of Fitness Consultant
- Set sales targets & monitor performance regularly
- Develop, analyze, and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Generate regular sales reports & analyze KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as Sales Manager or 2 years as Sales Leader
- Good leadership skill Excellent knowledge of gym industry
- Strong desire & ability to motivate team
