- Lead a team of Fitness Consultants to drive the club's membership sales growth
- Conduct continuous on-the-job training for the Fitness Consultants to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments like Customer Experience (Operations), PT, Marketing, GX, HR, etc for a well-coordinated implementation of plans and troubleshooting of issues
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager and/or Sales Team Leader in a Gym based in Indonesia
- Proven track record in consistent or regular achievement of sales targets
- Comfortable in using spreadsheet software for reporting data - Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet
- Understand Sales Funnel Management and metrics, as well as Competitor Analysis
