Job Description
Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the sole importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will drive salon retail performance by translating data into actionable sales plans, accelerating sell-out, and increasing professional use of our haircare & styling tools products.
This is a key role that works closely with Marketing and Technical Education, reports directly to the CEO, and plays an important part in shaping hair beauty industry growth in Indonesia.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze sales and inventory data and translate insights into sales action plans.
- Manage and motivate Point of Sales (SPG/SPB) to drive sell-out in salon retail (consignment & outright).
- Accelerate product rotation and resolve slow-moving SKUs with targeted strategies.
- Increase stylist professional use of product SKUs through coaching, demo, and collaboration with Technical Educator.
- Work closely with Marketing on in-salon activation, promo execution, and brand visibility.
- Conduct regular business reviews and propose improvement actions directly to the CEO.
- Manage and execute end-to-end sales cycles with strong ownership.
Requirements
You’re The Right Fit If You
- Has strong ability to manage targets and break them down into achievable monthly, salon-level, SKU-level, and Point-of-Sales targets is essential.
- Data-driven, strategic, execution-focused, and comfortable with field visits.
- Have 5–7 years of experience in city/area/regional sales management (premium beauty, hair tools, or relevant industries).
- Understand sales operations, in-store sales management, and Point-of-Sales (SPG/SPB) selling behavior.
- A self-starter who can create plans, execute independently, and evaluate results without waiting for instructions.
- Confident as a single contributor and strong in cross-functional collaboration (Marketing & Technical Education).
- Excellent communication, demo/presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Have a pleasant, positive personality with good leadership and influencing skills.
- Passionate about the beauty/hair industry and maintain professional, premium grooming.
- Has salon professional experience is a plus, but not mandatory
