Job Description
1. Supervise, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and deliver results.
2. Create and implement sales strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
3. Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
4. Adjust sales strategies and tactics based on performance data and feedback.
5. Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas and targets.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
7. Provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
1. 5+ years experience in agency, KOL Management, and media industry
2. Experience working with digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
3. Set oriented and proven track record in achieving sales target.
4. Strong verbal and written communication to interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
5. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
