Kecilin is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our expanding team. If you are a passionate sales professional with a proven track record of success, we want you to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in our organization. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and expanding our customer base. You will responsible for:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and target key markets to drive sales expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a top university.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in a sales management or leadership role, successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
- Strong understanding of software sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices in regional markets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Self-motivated, project initiative, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
