- Menyusun strategi penjualan dan distribusi yang efektif.
- Mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan yang telah ditentukan.
- Mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan distributor, agen, dan pelanggan.
- Menganalisis tren pasar dan kompetitor untuk menentukan arah strategi penjualan.
- Membina dan memimpin tim sales agar produktif dan termotivasi.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing dan operasional untuk memastikan kelancaran distribusi.
Requirements
- Min. Usia 25-40 tahun
- Min. S1 Manajemen/Komunikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang sales, diutamakan di industri frozen food atau FMCG
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi yang baik, dan orientasi pada hasil
- Memahami jalur distribusi produk makanan beku, baik modern maupun tradisional channel
- Memiliki jaringan luas dengan distributor, agen, atau toko-toko ritel menjadi nilai tambah
- Mampu bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi dan menghadapi tantangan lapangan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Bandung
