What you'll Contribute on:
- Oversee and motivate the sales team, providing mentorship, daily guidance, and constructive feedback to boost performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, continuously optimizing based on data insights and market trends.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and tracking progress effectively.
- Regularly evaluate sales results, making data-driven recommendations to refine approaches and drive improvement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Create a supportive, growth-oriented environment with ongoing training and development for the sales team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
Requirements
What you need to have:
- Willing to stay in MEDAN
- Has proven minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking or export-import industry.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of sales strategies and their implementation in a rapidly changing environment.
- Multilingual skills are required (Mandatory: Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Proficient in relevant sales software and technology.
- Willing to do business trip anytime required.
- Having experience in a sales leadership role is a plus.
