Job Description

Haquhara is a beauty company who provides products that embody professionalism and innovation for all Makeup Artist and Beauty Enthusiast. We are currently looking for Sales Lead to join our team.

Role Purpose

To lead the strategic direction and execution of Haquhara’s sales function across online and offline channels. This role ensures commercial targets are met through integrated planning with marketing, strong team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning. Define and implement sales strategies aligned with overall commercial goals. Lead annual and quarterly sales planning across online, offline, and operations units. Identify new growth opportunities and channel development potential.
  2. Team Leadership & Performance Management. Manage and coach a high-performing sales team. Set clear targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability across the team. Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture within the sales function.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Align with Brand & Marketing team on campaign plans, promotions, and product pushes. Work closely with Sales Ops for forecast accuracy, stock flow, and reporting excellence. Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners (e.g., resellers, platforms, retail partners).
  4. Channel Development & Optimization. Monitor and optimize performance of each sales channel (eCommerce, retail, marketplaces). Drive excellence in customer journey, from discovery to conversion, across all platforms.Oversee paid media budget for performance marketing
  5. Reporting & Insights. Analyze sales trends, customer data, and competitor activity to guide decisions. Present performance updates and strategic insights to management regularly.

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

  • 3–5 Years of proven experience in sales, business development, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style
  • Deep understanding of both online and offline sales dynamics
  • Commercially driven with strong business acumen
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn insights into actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
