Job Description
- Offer and market property products (houses, shop houses, etc.) to prospective clients
- Follow up potential clients through phone calls, messaging apps, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process until completion
- Provide clear and detailed information regarding property specifications, pricing, payment schemes, and ongoing promotions
- Conduct site visits with prospective buyers
- Achieve sales targets as determined by the company
- Assist in sales administration processes, including booking fees, mortgage (KPR) applications, and contract signings
- Participate in promotional activities such as property exhibitions, open houses, and other marketing events
Requirements
- Minimum education : Diploma degree (D3) in any mayor
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Sales or Sales Marketing is preferred.
- Target- and results-oriented; good English proficiency is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Honest, responsible, have initiative, want to learn and develop
- Neat and professional appearance
