Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities of medical laboratory equipment in private sectors, laboratory clinics, healthcare networks, and other related markets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, seminars, and other strategic events to enhance the company’s product
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare opportunities.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to secure sustainable partnerships with customers
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development, as well as monitor sales process administration (quotation, PO, sales agreement, and documentations).
Requirements
- Minimum diploma degree (science/medical-related major will be value added).
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare sales, preferably in medical laboratory equipment (blood gas analyzer, hemostasis, urine analyzer, immunoassay, POCT, or others)
- Strong experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in engaging and building partnerships with private hospital chains, clinics, and medical centers.
- Strong and excellent presentation, communication and negotiation capabilities
- Dynamic and results-driven with a proactive and collaborative work ethic
- Having a personal vehicle
