Job Description
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan klien dan mitra bisnis di wilayah Jabodetabek.
- Mencari peluang penjualan baru dan mengembangkan strategi untuk mencapai target penjualan.
- Memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan produk Tentang Anak kepada pelanggan.
- Melakukan presentasi produk dan negosiasi dengan calon klien.
- Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis umpan balik pasar untuk pengembangan produk dan strategi pemasaran.
- Menyusun laporan penjualan dan memantau perkembangan pasar.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemasaran untuk kampanye promosi dan kegiatan penjualan.
Requirements
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Executive, khususnya di sektor mom & baby dan/atau FMCG.
- Memiliki jaringan yang luas di wilayah Jabodetabek.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Proaktif, memiliki inisiatif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Memiliki keterampilan analitis untuk memahami kebutuhan pasar.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke daerah-daerah dalam cakupan wilayah kerja.
