Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients in various industries (importers, exporters, manufacturers).
- Promote our freight forwarding (sea, air, land), customs clearance, warehousing services, and logistics solutions.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and follow up to close deals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and customer service teams.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Good knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Own vehicle is a plus.
