Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue for Bali United FM, leveraging our unique sports-entertainment offerings and audience reach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, agencies, and partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and revenue generation.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and leads, conducting outreach and presentations to showcase the value proposition of advertising on Bali United FM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized advertising packages and sponsorship opportunities tailored to meet clients' specific objectives and budgets.
- Negotiate and finalize advertising agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and adhered to.
- Create compelling sales decks and presentations to effectively pitch advertising and sponsorship opportunities to clients,
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and revenue metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the media, broadcasting, or advertising industry, with a strong client database and extensive networking with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of advertising and sponsorship opportunities to clients.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Familiarity with the local market and business landscape in Bali, with existing contacts and networks in the media or advertising industry considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
