
Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients across Bali
- Sell advertising, sponsorship, event, activation, and partnership packages
- Conduct regular client visits, calls, presentations, and follow-ups
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, hotels, restaurants, and local businesses
- Actively network and attend relevant external events
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable commercial solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Manage assigned leads from prospecting through closing
- Achieve individual sales targets set by the Sales Manager
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and submit regular activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, media, events, hospitality, or related industries
- Familiar with Bali’s business, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment market
- Comfortable with client outreach, presentations, negotiation, and follow-ups
- Proactive, target-driven, and willing to spend time in the field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised and disciplined in managing leads and sales administration
- Able to work independently with guidance from the Sales Manager
- Based in Bali or willing to work fully on-site in Bali
