Job Description
- Hit or exceed the monthly target given.
- Initiate direct contact with clients, understand their needs, and present product benefits.
- Address client concerns, propose solutions, and create mutually beneficial terms.
- Handle objections professionally and provide value-driven responses to reinforce the sale.
- Handover clients to the account management team for onboarding and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or direct customer engagement with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in face-to-face interactions.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated during challenging situations.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills to plan routes and schedules effectively.
- Comfortable working independently in outdoor environments and engaging with a diverse range of clients.
