Job Description

Responsible for finding distributors
Craft and execute business plans to drive sales
Set and hit individual and team targets
Oversee and boost sales team performance
Manage ongoing project and ensure targets are met

Requirements

2 years of sales executive experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Leadership & problem-solving abilities
Target-driven & thrive under pressure
Proficiency in English is plus
Experience in FMCG, Mom & Baby Industry is a plus
