Job Description
- Determine the selling price, products to be launched, visit schedule and promotion system to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Monitor order acquisition and summarize forecasts to ensure production capacity is filled optimally
- Monitor the total stock of the entire Dept. Sales & Marketing to ensure company stock age does not exceed predetermined targets.
- Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and areas according to the specified targets
- Analyze and provide direction for design & color development, to ensure product development is in line with market needs
- Evaluate customer satisfaction from the survey results of the entire sales team to ensure that the specified customer satisfaction targets are achieved
- Implement corporate culture, systems and internal regulations as well as implement cost management, to ensure that corporate culture and systems and regulations are implemented optimally.

- S1, DIII
- Experience as a sales executive in forwarder/Logistics company
