Job Description
- Identify and develop potential customers while achieving solar PV (PLTS) sales targets in both B2B and B2C markets;
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product proposals, and cost simulations to demonstrate the benefits of solar PV systems;
- Conduct site visits and energy assessments to evaluate client requirements and design suitable solar solutions;
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solar PV solutions that align with their operational and financial goals;
- Manage sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, and secure potential business opportunities to support project acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or renewable energy industry (Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply);
- Strong technical understanding of solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other components;
- Ability to conduct site visits, energy assessments, and prepare technical proposals and system specifications;
- Experience in handling client presentations, negotiations, and contract closing;
- Good understanding of solar energy regulations and industry trends is an advantage;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
