Job Description

Find and establish partnerships

  • Identify potential partners and collaborators that align with the brand’s goals and values.
  • Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers in potential partner organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage partnerships for increased sales and brand exposure.

Manage sales initiatives in e-Commerce & e-Groceries

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive online sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and promotions to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and launch effective sales campaigns.
  • Manage the e-commerce sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices to continually improve our sales approach.

Establish and manage sales affiliates programs

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new affiliates to effectively promote our products.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular feedback and support to help them achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze affiliate program metrics and optimize the program to maximize sales and ROI.
  • Manage the affiliate program budget and ensure timely and accurate commission payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, eCommerce, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the online retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record in establishing and managing strategic partnerships, with experience negotiating and executing partnership agreements.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital sales channels, and online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, track key performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in the e-groceries sector is a plus.
