Job Description
- Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound cold calls, emails, social selling, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into opportunities.
- Set up discovery calls or meetings between qualified leads and Sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until they are ready for a deeper sales conversation.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication are essential for engaging with prospects and building relationships.
- Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and the sales process.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish rapport with prospects and build trust.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Persistence and Drive: Ability to stay motivated and persistent in pursuing leads.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address prospect needs and concerns.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
