We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our Sales Development Programme 2025 and ready to transition into an Enterprise Sales role.

What you'll do:

  • Develop business-to-business selling skills with 1on1 personalized learning materials and support.
  • Build technical knowledge of PPOB.
  • Front and support the full sales cycle, from lead generation to commercial negotiations.
  • Engage with existing and potential clients on differentiated solution selling, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business challenges and goals.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Possess strong interest in Sales and have winner mindset.
  • Familiar with Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
  • Have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Has sales experience, preferably selling SaaS product.
  • Familiar working in a startup company.
