Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients through effective communication and persuasion
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business-related events
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Be willing to travel for business purposes when required
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D1–D4) in any field
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on results
- Good public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willing to travel for business assignments
