As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist who thrives on achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. If you have a knack for sales, marketing strategies, and delivering measurable results, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and online platforms.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, and retail channels.
- Align campaigns with brand objectives & value to promote products and maximize customer engagement.
- Partner with the social media specialist team to develop compelling marketing content, visuals, and messaging.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and refine marketing strategies.
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven min. 1 year experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, e-commerce, and SEO.
- Pro-active and high initiative for growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven person.
- Detail and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools.
- Passion for beauty and a keen eye for trends.
- Willing to work in Cakung.
