Role Description
This is a contract role for a Sales & Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaking) at PT Marui Solusindo Atmadja in West Java, Indonesia. The role involves managing sales and marketing activities, developing strategies to increase market share, and effectively communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Job Descriptions :
- Develop effective sales and marketing strategies to increase product sales and expand markets
- Lead the sales and marketing team in implementing promotional and digital marketing activities
- Build and maintain good relationships with business partners and customers
- Analyze market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and develop markets
- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management
- Oversee market research activities to identify market needs
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
- Have minimum 5 years experiences as Sales & Marketing Manager
- Have minimum 7 years experiences in Sales & Marketing industry
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Knowledge of the West Java market and cultural nuances
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
