Job Description
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase company revenue and drive company to be market leader.
- Routinely do market research, process & generate data and reports to management team.
- Develop new product, launch and successful sales in market by researched done.
- Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.
- Responsible and handle channel in several areas.
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers and understanding their needs.
- Self-hiring, goal setting, coaching and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
Requirements
- Master degree from any major (Marketing major is preferred).
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales and marketing, with minimum 5 years in manager level, and must from FMCG / Reputable Beauty Company.
- National experience in General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, experienced in handle multiple distributor.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power Point/Canva/ SPSS).
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Willing to work overtime / weekends / holiday if needed.
- Ability to think outside the box (creative & innovative problem solving)
- Good communication skill, and able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.
- Good appearance, mature, high self-motivated, ambitious and well organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.
- Eager to be posted overseas.
