Job Description
Marketing
- Develop and execute brand campaigns, content, and storytelling.
- Manage social media, website, SEO/SEM, and digital ads.
- Build collaborations with media, influencers, and partners.
- Produce catalogues, brochures, and event/showroom materials.
- Track and report marketing performance and ROI.
Sales
- Drive B2C and B2B sales (retail, consignment, projects).
- Manage e-commerce platforms and showroom sales.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (retail, lifestyle, or home décor preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and offline retail.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Passion for design, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
