Job Description
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed the set sales targets.
- Ensure all sales operations are carried out in alignment with management procedures.
- Plan, execute, and assess marketing strategies to boost awareness and engagement.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with potential customers and key stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and leadership.
- Willing to work at projects in Bogor.
