
Job Description
- Conduct market research and identify recruitment needs in the logistics sector.
- Sell the platform’s services to logistics and supply chain companies (B2B).
- Build strategic partnerships with logistics players (3PLs, freight, warehousing, etc.).
- Develop growth strategies to increase users and paying clients.
- Work closely with the product team to align features with client needs.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (e.g., client acquisition or revenue goals).
- Provide regular performance and business reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or digital project roles.
- Good understanding of logistics/supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets and negotiate deals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Existing network in the logistics industry or experience in job platforms/HR tech.
