Job Description

  • Generate leads regularly and pro-actively outreach to clients and prospect clients
  • Generate new business opportunities through Stellar Women & Woman Talk various assets and channels
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and ontime/budget
  • Pitch, negotiate and close the deal.
  • Actively participating in sales calls and driving additional revenue through new revenue streams
  • Understand client's goal and identify opportunities within client's business to grow our company revenue, help guide business strategy, current product enhancement effort, as well as new product initiatives
  • Create, measure and improve short-term and long-term strategic yet tactical account planning and business plan
  • Create presentation and provide supporting materials for pitching purposes to be presented to prospective clients and maintain frequent communication with clients
  • Develop and deliver proposals that result in successful partnerships with focus on creative and solution oriented
  • Maintain a strong relationship with clients, key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Keep up with the current trend of new business opportunities
  • Supervise media and community partnerships to support events and gain exposure
  • Conduct research and strategic analysis including market research, event sponsorship trends, competitor analysis, etc
  • Negotiate agreements with clients and partners
  • Maintain database of clients, partners, and prospects

Requirements

  • Minimal 3 years experience in the Creative/Digital/Media Agencies
  • Experience in managing and have an established strong relationship with major Brands
  • An expert in Brand and Marketing with a strong understanding on client's goal and a strong ability to give trusted consultation to clients
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in driving the success of agency business growth with a proof in achieving sales target and driving sustainable revenue
  • Powerful presenter and communicator/strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong team player and collaborator, comfortable with fast and fluid environments, good team player
  • A strong passion and staying abreast for entertainment and pop culture including what is trending among urban and rural lifestyle, new technology, digital platform and creators ecosystem
  • Have attention to detail, an ability to create a pitch deck, and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent with handling data to creatively obtain, analyze, and derive insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multitask startup environment
