Job Description

  • Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Ensure all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
  • Provide overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of total sales, potential and existing customers, and sales employees' performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to compile briefs from clients to internal teams and ensure the team delivers the right services aligned with client needs.
  • Able to create sales packages and retain existing clients.
  • Able to make decisions and work dynamically.
  • Possess good public speaking skills.
  • Possess good negotiation skills.
  • Stay updated with social media trends.
  • Available to join ASAP (Week 2 of January).
