
Job Description
- Monitor and improve Sales SOPs, KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, issues, and business opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage sales forecasting, target setting, and incentive calculations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Propose and monitor projects that support sales growth and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets and performance reports.
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tools are a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with confidence communicating with expatriates and senior stakeholders.
