Job Description
Community Development & Engagement:
- Build and manage a strong and active reseller community, fostering a positive environment that encourages collaboration and sharing of best practices.
- Create and implement strategies to increase community engagement, activity, and retention of resellers.
- Develop communication channels (e.g., forums, social media groups, newsletters) to keep resellers informed about product updates, promotions, and resources.
Performance Monitoring & Support:
- Track and analyze reseller performance data to identify top-performing resellers, as well as those who may need additional support.
- Provide personalized feedback, coaching, and motivation to help resellers achieve their sales targets.
- Address any concerns or challenges resellers face, acting as their main point of contact and support.
Onboarding & Training:
Design and execute onboarding programs for new resellers to ensure they understand the product, brand values, and sales strategies
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in community management, reseller management, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and guide community members.
- Experience creating and delivering training programs, sales materials, or educational content.
- Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships within a community or partner ecosystem.
- Ability to track and analyze community performance, identify trends, and use data to improve engagement and sales outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others through recognition programs, incentives, and direct support
