
Job Description
- Handle order requests from the Marketing team and check stock availability in NAV ERP.
- Provide stock confirmations, availability updates, and basic product information to customers.
- Create and update Sales Orders (SO) in NAV with accurate item, price, and quantity details.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Issue accurate invoices in NAV and prepare required supporting documents.
- Prepare simple sales and invoicing reports as needed.
Requirements
- Open for fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of experience in administration or sales support.
- Familiar with basic Microsoft Office (data entry, simple formulas).
- Able to create basic reports and maintain data accuracy.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
