Job Description
Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. You are expected to be able to:
- Prepare and manage sales administration documents (quotations, Sales Orders, contracts, and tender documents).
- Prepare and verify invoices and sales reports.
- Coordinate work schedules between internal teams and customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding needs or transaction status.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and finance teams to ensure smooth sales administration processes.
- Compile recaps and monthly reports related to sales activities.
- Maintain organized and accurate sales documentation and archives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate Online.
- Familiar with sales administration processes such as creating invoices, quotations, and purchase orders (PO).
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work within administrative deadline.
